The 2S19M2 "Msta-SM2" is a comprehensively modernized version of the Russian 2S19 series 152mm self-propelled howitzer. Its core enhancements focus on digitization and automation. It is equipped with a new fire control system, an automatic orientation and navigation system, and the "Uspekh-D" satellite communication system, enabling real-time data exchange with higher command posts. Furthermore, upgrades to its ballistic computer and ammunition handling system significantly improve firing accuracy, reaction speed, and Multiple Round Simultaneous Impact (MRSI) capability, solidifying its role as a backbone of Russian artillery's network-centric warfare.
