The Sidewinder is the most widely used air-to-air missile in the West, with more than 110,000 missiles produced for the U.S. and 27 other nations, of which perhaps one percent have been used in combat. It has been built under license by some other nations including Sweden, and can even equip helicopters, such as the Bell AH-1Z Viper. The AIM-9 is one of the oldest, least expensive, and most successful air-to-air missiles, with an estimated 270 aircraft kills in its history of use. When firing a Sidewinder, NATO pilots use the brevity code FOX-2.
How to use
• Take the sidewinder by the pylon
• Create a subassembly
• Attach the pylon on any plane, but leave some room between the missile and the wing or fuselage of your aircraft (This helps prevent the missile hitting your aircraft upon launch)

@Mamirabadi oh I get what your asking. The reason it says 1 part is because the game counts parts based on what’s attached to the cockpit. Since nothing is connected to the cockpit, it shows 1 part.

Another tip I have is using xml to make the weight of the parts on the missile all zero, since I believe it affects the missile’s speed

@Ismat it’s a guided missile. There’s a special trick where you can put parts on a missile, and the parts fly with the missile.
