History :
HLASM-25 "Revenger" Mk.1 or High-speed Long-range Anti-Ship Missile is an experimental missile design that carries an anti-ship rocket, in the earliest version it carries an experimental armor-piercing rocket named ASR-13 "Voltor".

this type of missile is more effective to disable or sink a capital ship than other missile in the era, but this type of missile is discontinued because of high production cost, heavy and unreliable sometimes it can sink a carrier and sometimes it doesn't explode.
