Notes:
-Good cockpit view
-For the challenge
-Is actually quite fun to fly

History: In 1915, Fokker was given an order to create a new fighter capable of outpacing any other aircraft in the sky. The result was the D.XIX (D.19), which was capable of achieving speeds over 160 miles per hour. The pilots were given parachutes just in case (the plane's engine tended government overheat and catch fire). The plane was also a testbed for many other features. For example, in late 1916, Fokker engineers put a system in place where if the pilot pushed down on a lever as hard as he physically could, the springs underneath the seat would eject the seat from the (presumably) burning aircraft. It was also the first aircraft to be used by a secret all female squadron of pilots who flew night time missions over enemy territory (by the end of the war they only had around 10 kills. The pilots were not trained as well as their male counterparts). Altogether, the total number of kills attributed to the aircraft from 1916-1918 is estimated at around 190, but no one knows for sure.
