This car can complete the “max ground speed” challenge. It has no engines of any kind, but a large rear-firing cannon instead. Simply engage targeting and fire, and you should be able to propel yourself to 1,200+ mph. Occasionally it will be disqualified for lifting off the ground. I don’t know what causes this, but if you quit and then retry it should work eventually.
