Davis HK2-Shepherd APC

The Great SP War was more decided on the ground than in the air. Tanks, missile systems and weird Flak things ruled the earth, but the Sept Etaps had a different approach: an Armoured Patrol Car, an APC. The Shepherd was first built in 1950 as an Amphibious Craft. This is where it looked like the design would fail. It was very unstable and slow, and would often end up sinking. It looked like there was no future for the Shepherd, until they realised it might work on land. It was heavy, medium speed and well armed. The tracers on top of the normal turret did damage as well, and it turned into a great fighter. It was put in great use in the SimplePlaneLandia front, on the isles of Krakabloa most. The Shepherd became lne of the few vehicles that every nation feared. Even the drivers! More Shepherds were lost in combat because they didn’t have reverse gear than general loss by the enemy. A redesign was planned for 1958, but the war ended before then so it wasn’t really necessary.
