A plane derived from RAF's second jet fighter - De Havilland Vampire. To be fare, it's not an exact replica, I did take some creative liberties - the most noticeable being weapon placement - but overall it's very similar to its real life counterpart.
Where they really start to diverge is flight characteristics. Despite being propelled by a jet, my version flies pretty much the same as a WW2 piston fighter - it is very slow for a jet, but extremely maneuverable.
