DESCRIPTION

The Harrier, informally referred to as the Harrier Jump Jet, is a family of jet-powered attack aircraft capable of vertical/short takeoff and landing operations (V/STOL). Named after a bird of prey,[1] it was originally developed by British manufacturer Hawker Siddeley in the 1960s. The Harrier emerged as the only truly successful V/STOL design of the many attempted during that era, despite being a subsonic aircraft, unlike most of its competitors. It was conceived to operate from improvised bases, such as car parks or forest clearings, without requiring large and vulnerable air bases. Later, the design was adapted for use from aircraft carriers.

In Action

CONTROL

AG8 for on/off RCS nozzles
AG7 for release gas tank ( aircraft will little bit hard to control if you do this action )

Notes

Sorry for not added Counter Meassures, missiles, rockets, bombs, etc
After put some additional armament i suggest to check your CoM (Central of Mass) for safety and fun flight

And also Thank you for downloading this plane

@Daffacomrade fair enough. Make it in the paint scheme your country uses then! That would be cool

@Daffacomrade sure thing! Do you want a simple sort of plane to make or one that’s a little bit more complex?

This is pretty nice! You have the basic shape of the harrier made very well, now it’s time to focus on proportions! The fuselage feels a little thin and the vertical stabiliser could be a bit bigger. After testing it, I can say that for a VTOL plane it flies pretty well but there are some simple ways to improve it. One is to give it more power since it feels quite underpowered now. Another is to use four VTOL nozzles instead of just two (you should put Two on each side and have the CoM in the middle of them). The plane also needs a little more weight in the nose as the CoM and CoL are too close together, especially without the drop tanks. An easy fix to make the VTOL flight more stable is also to add a gyroscope. This may seem like a lot of criticism and work to do, but I promise these are all really simple fixes! Overall I really like this build, you did a great job!
