@Puredeath the lip could be modded fuselage parts, so to remove extra parts.
@XVIdarkLithium you could probably get each wheel down to around 75 parts if you wanted too, but you still need the lip on each wheel (this adds 48 parts min per wheel) on top of the 24 parts for the surface of said wheel, then 4 spokes, 1 rotor.
