The aircraft was designed and built in 1939 by SENA and presented at the Paris Air Show in the same year.
He showed a good speed for his time - 460 in level flight, 550 when diving; maneuverability turned out to be worse than that of the best representatives of the class of light fighters. On the first presented copy, weapons were not installed.
