The red ball in the upper left corner represents the sun (or anything meaningful), and the blue ball in the lower right corner is the same... The background color naturally symbolizes the Navy's dark blue, which means a Navy galloping on the ocean (personal idea). Oh, my English is not good, so please forgive my English.
