[Fictional story] The Multi-Role aircraft "Wasp" is the first modern jet that was made taking inspiration from old aircrafts. In fact, despite having missiles and miniguns as main weapons, it has a lot in common with old warplanes, like the not-ratractable landing gear. It was efficient and very fast thanks to the new jet engine but it wasn't very agile because its shape wasn't very aerodynamic. It carried 2 miniguns and 4 Air-To-Air missiles for shoot down enemy planes and 2 bombs for ground attacks.
