Using fuselage slice feature would surely help.
With most of the panel I would normally use add section longitudinally, would work better with smoothing feature too.
I would use most of the block with hard corner because it's far easier to align, use other corner if you know you can pull it off and normally just one of the corners, either by careful alignment or alot of segment for the section.
Also spend way too much time to align all the panels.
@Johnnyynf Serious question, do you know a better method or tips to do this kind of complex build? It's all I could think of for accuracy.
