This was a reconesens aircraft during the cold war between rusia and america.this aircraft had many adventiges it coud fly so high that it (almost) couldt be hit my misiles after a few acedents america wanted a new aircraft and that is de sr-71 blackbird. The u-2 nickname was "dragon lady''
