This is the TBT Fi - 2. The Fi - 2 is a more maneuverable aircraft, more well armed and extremely cheap to build.
TBT needed a replacement for its more expensive, non agile Fi - 1 and this is it!
Its equipped with 6 interceptor missiles. 8 guns and 2 boom 25 bombs!
