The main reason is to add additional airdrop package components. The reason for re-enabling the OT settings is that there will be a better ground-to-air platform for the updates after the Allied Army. On the contrary, in the timely ground-to-ground long-range fire support, the Allied series seems to have been lacking.
Another reason is the IFV-OT v1.0s Air strike guilding system is failed in Sp1.8,it will no good for Allied Air Forces bombing, so I fixed that.
