B-88 Light Bomber

52.0k Graingy  6.0 years ago

Small and fast, the B-88 Light Bomber is the perfect plane to use against weak ground targets since by defult it has space for 1 bomb but can be moddified to carry other, lighter weapons as well. AVG 1 can be used to drop the bomb while autopilot is active, other than that the controls are fairly standard. Might be more info in comments.

Note: This is NOT the B-88C mentioned in the news report. This is an older version that is missing features, the B-88A. The C model is not sufficiently different for me to consider it worthy for upload.

Well, that was a good point. But I upvotes all planes, so you should have a bit less now.

@Mousewithamachinegun122 In my defence, with so many upvotes notifs it was hard to keep up.

@Mousewithamachinegun122 We have a B-88B. It's been adjusted to work from small carriers.
    Sound interesting?
    Big wings and all, y'know?

Intended as in that's my lore explanation. I don't have any memory of it actually being built as a naval aircraft.

    Dated 1955.
Intended to be capable of launching from small aircraft carriers... I think. Been a while since I've actually tried that.
