About Boeing 777-300ER:

Boeing 777-300ER is a large wide-body aircraft with twin-engine turbofans developed and produced by Boeing Company of the United States. It is also the first fuselage extension and range extension of Boeing 777. The fuselage is 10.2 meters longer than that of Boeing 777-200, and the range is 25% longer than that of Boeing 777-300. The goal is to replace Boeing 747-400 aircraft. First flight in April 2003. Delivered in April 2004.
Boeing 777—300ER is equipped with GE90-115B Gao Han Dobby turbofan engine. It is a jet engine with the largest thrust in the world. At the end of the wing, a beveled winglet is added, and a brand-new main landing gear and an additional fuel tank are assembled. The first 777-300ER was delivered to Air France on April 29th, 2004. Fan Cheng, secretary of the Party Committee of Air China, introduced at the pick-up ceremony held here that the 777-300ER is light and fuel-efficient, and can fly long distances, carrying about 300 passengers. The seats in the first class and business class can lie flat 180 degrees, and every seat in the whole plane has a charging socket.
China Airlines held the delivery ceremony of the first 777-300ER passenger plane at the Everett Delivery Center of Boeing Company at 10am local time in Seattle, USA on October 3rd, 2014. It was co-chaired by Sun Hongxiang, Chairman of China Airlines, and Ray Conner, President and CEO of Boeing Commercial Aircraft.
In 2012, China Airlines announced the introduction of 10 777-300ER passenger planes, equipped with a new generation of GE90-115BL engines, which were delivered from 2014 to 2016. The high-efficiency and environmentally-friendly design is estimated to save NT$ 300 million for each aircraft in one year. [1]
On the morning of September 29th, 2014, the first Boeing 777-300ER of China Eastern Airlines arrived at Beijing Capital International Airport, making a magnificent appearance. And a new painting was painted on the new model. The plane arrived in Shanghai from Seattle, USA on September 26th, and then it was statically displayed in Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou. On the second day after the delivery of the second 777-300ER(B-2002), China Eastern Airlines started the Shanghai-new york route. By October 27th, 2015, China Eastern Airlines had eight 777-300ER passenger planes (B-2001, B-2002, B-2003, B-2005, B-2020, B-2021, B-2022 and B-2023).
