Auto Credit Based on SandBoxMan10's Please Help Me :(

Your main rotor has to be directly under the CoM(the red circle after pressing the see-saw icon). In your case the main rotor was basically too far back the rotor, which is bad. So I moved the CoM directly under the rotor, it is also pretty fast.
