The Van's RV-4 is one of the most popular and high performing kit airplanes in the world. Typically powered by a Lycoming engine, the RV-4 can be built with 150, 160, or 180hp depending on builder preference, and is capable of cruising at 210mph max, along with being able to perform moderate aerobatic maneuvers. It is a tandem 2 seat version of the single seat Van's RV-3, with very similar handling charecteristics. When flying this model, set the prop pitch to just above 1 tick-mark (halfway up) and slight nose up trim MINIMUM for all flight phases. Top sim speed will be around 250mph. When landing, throttle should be 0%, no braking while faster than 50mph, and gentle braking under 50mph. Expect a long rollout. Fly on!
