I am proud to present the FCH Isbrytare, my inaugural nuclear-powered submarine build with long range missiles . The name, derived from the Swedish word for "Icebreaker," perfectly encapsulates its mission profile in the most hostile environments.
Design & Capabilities
Aesthetic: Features a striking Arctic Camouflage pattern, optimized for operations beneath the polar ice caps.
Speed: Capable of achieving a top submerged speed of 350 km/h (approx. 189 knots), offering superior mobility and evasion capability.
Endurance: Powered by a fictional nuclear core, ensuring virtually unlimited operational range and endurance without the need for refueling.
Unique Feature: The distinct, tall array of vertical masts is designed to house a multi-frequency sensor array and long-range vertical launch weaponry.
Operational Notes
Diving Procedure: To initiate a rapid dive from the surface, activate G1 (VTOL) and apply Down Trim. This simulates flooding the ballast tanks for immediate submergence.
Disclaimer: This is a fictional concept vehicle built purely from my own design philosophy and does not represent any real-world military specification. Enjoy the build!
