The tracking cam is the only way to lock onto enemy's without pointing the nose at the target, sometimes it might work even in a different camera mode.
The Kiv-18 Block 40 is an upgraded Kiv-18B. It has been upgraded for extra BvR purposes while still being able to dogfight. The edges are sharper for better looks and stealth (the sharp edges on the wings AND fuselage scatter radar waves). The Block 40 got the name "Knife" due to, while sharpening the edges, a worker put his hand on it and got cut, the next day his hand was in a bandage, that worker was actually the project manager.
Features: Basic Fly-By-Funky system, Camera on the bottom to track and lock onto targets without the pilot having to point the nose in that direction. Upgraded HMD for better Info. Radar that ACTUALLY works!
