Auto Credit Based on DerekSP's Il-96-400M

A very quick, one-day build. The Il-96-400M is a proposed stretched variant of the -400, deliveries of which are expected to start in the early 2020s. It will most likely have engines either by GE or Pratt & Whitney, but an improved Aviadvigatel engine is also possible. It will be manufactured by Ilyushin and the UAC. I love the Il-96, it's one of my favorite planes after the A380, and I really hope that it will receive orders from western airlines so I have a chance of seeing it on my own.
