@Hiimakeplanes unfortunately I do not know much about standard one rotor helicopters but Heres a video that might help. for building helicopters Im not much of an expert on the topic so i hope the video can help.
And it’s also super unstable when you take gyro off and it’s yaw control is really large
But it can’t maneuver at all at higher speeds how do I fix that?
Also I just made a one rotor heli which is way harder to make than 2 or more rotor helicopters

Kinda unstable but for that ill give some tips to fix it move the center of mass
(Red Circle) more ahead of the center of lift (blue circle) and so once you go into forward flight it’ll handle smoothly.
For Vtol manueverability give the gyro scopes pitch, yaw, and roll range 35 degrees so it can be manuevered in Vtol mode.
