Another livery for my replica Junkers A50 sports plane/trainer/air taxi. This one was used by German aviatrix Marga Wolff von Etzdorf in 1931 to fly from Berlin to Tokyo.. In SimplePlanes, the plane can fly non-stop from Krakabloa to Wright or even to Snowstone, but with a historically accurate cruising speed of 100 mph, I always found better use for my time than to actually try it. (Marga von Etzdorf's flight took a full 11 days, and was by no means non-stop)

Flying the A50 is pretty straightforward as she generally handles easy and without vices. The only point to watch is the landing. As a taildragger she does not like braking too soon too hard and is prone to digging nose-in.

The only special actions are Activate1 to fold the wings and VTOL to make Marga wave her hand to the public because...why not

This is the last special livery for my build of the 1929 Junkers A50 more liveries can be found HERE, HERE and HERE while the 2022 rebuild can be found HERE.

Several Fictional two-engined reimagining of the Junkers A50 can be downloaded HERE for the amphibian, HERE for the floatplane, HERE for the landplane and HERE for the gunship from the Gran Chaco War).

Of course, you can always build your own version with extra engines, extra gear or just a fancy paint job. In fact, I encourage you to do so.

Following are pictures of the scale aircraft by Dekno Models I used as reference for this paint job:
