Fictional History: In 1994 during Operation: “Hometown” against the Egyptian Rebels. The Federation was having trouble with Costal Defense because the Type 82 Heavy Costal Defense Vehicles with its 6x LRASM Anti Ship Missiles could only reach 20 Miles While the Rebels had Anti Ground Missiles that had a range of 30 miles but the boats were only armed with 4x 50mm 1959 Anti Aircraft Machine Guns. The newly introduced Bell AH-1H “Loong” gave the Federation an Idea. A AH-1H that had a 1964 100mm Howitzer; the new Close In Attack System 50mm Cannon; 2x rotors for more stability; and 4x Safety Parachutes. “It will be designated as AH-41X ‘Phoenix’.” Said former Chief Admiral of the Delta Federation Royal Marines Alexander. It first saw service in the hands of the Delta Federation Royal Marines on the Israel Coastline and shot down 1 MIG-21, 4x Rebel patrol boats with the Hellfire Missiles, and 2x Rebel Stolen MLRS with the 100mm. It turned out to be a success so the Federation started a mass production of the AH-41X producing about 24 of them a day! The Egyptian Navy and the Israel Marines bought around 100,000 of them. Thus more countries bought it and became one of the 5 most successful helicopters in the world!
