Test version of my attack helicopter!
Short-ish description
Fully outfitted with a 6-person troop compartment and a toilet, the YAH-57 was intended to be a replacement to vehicles such as the Mi-24 “Hind.” However, new technology and a string of poor design choices led to the “Hellwind,” which ended up costing $30 million per unit. Eventually, though, it turned out to be worth the cost, as its heavy weapons capabilities and troop capacity proved to be especially useful in large-scale operations.
I made this about two or so weeks ago, and am finally putting on the finishing touches! This particular helicopter was based on the KA-52 and the Tesla Model X, shown particularly in the large cockpit. If you activate Ag-3, the YAH-57 can fly like a conventional aircraft. This was completely unintended, but a cool gimmick!
Enjoy!
