The Gehirn Industries F-13 [Reporting Name: Falin, Nicknames: Guzzler, Dual-Wielder, Lowrider] is a Phoenixian two-seater carrier-compatible supersonic interceptor and fighter-bomber developed by Gehirn Industries for the Phoenixian Navy and Air Force. It saw a production run of over 4,300 units.

The F-13 TSUS is the 5th test aircraft of the Clemency Research Facility and their test-bed for the Tactical Support Unit System.
