The Squid Sisters are a pop idol duo in Inkopolis, consisting of Callie and Marie. In Splatoon, they host Inkopolis News together, announcing events, updates, and the current stages in rotation. They also hosted Splatfest events, with each member representing one of the two teams. Additionally, they are major characters in the single-player modes Octo Valley (in Splatoon), Octo Canyon (in Splatoon 2), and Return of the Mammalians (in Splatoon 3). Despite their name, they are actually cousins, not sisters.
