Thanks to @RTNF's full-motion horizontal tail. He can cruise at a speed of M 1.5. The bucket is only 1000 feet in diameter and fast. With faster acceleration can easily catch up with the enemy. His two Vulcan Guns and 10 air-to-air missiles can easily destroy the enemy at a distance. In addition, he can also use his Vulcan Guns and air-to-ground missiles to easily destroy ground targets

From my tests, downwards dihedral is more stable on fighters. It still is really stable, but just a thought.
