Tip for modders: NEVER SCALE WHEELS!

As the original Krakozyabr's awful performance depressing the officials, they decide to remake the drivetrain all from zero. The propeller-driven water propulsion system was considered, but was unable to be fit in due to the smll size of the vehicle (as well as the limitations of simpleplanes). Even if it retains the old "fake" propulsion system under water, it was considered to be worthwhile, and although it threatens to tip itself over the water, reducing the speed proved to solve the problem quite well. The officials appreciated the improvements, especially the adjustion of suspension strength. "It might not feel like floating when it was on land, but it won't rattle you to pieces. And don't worry about the vehicle behaving like it was on ice--the new wheels does well."

The reason in not scaling wheels is that when you scale wheels, they appear to be smaller but their hitbox was still the large one, which can lead to extreme amounts of problem (ex: visual impair of wheels rotating and vehicle moving), vehicle floating in the air, etc.
I specifically redone the wheels and suspension to make sure the ride was smooth and responsive.
