    Ah,but this build is 162kts higher than speed of light(very hypothetical lol) but the issue isn't noticing the color shift,the issue is the V>C inertial frame itself. At the speed of light,Time/Dilation forces the proper time interval (d/tau) to zero. In that non-physical frame, the concepts of Wavelength or Frequency which define color become degenerate properties, meaning there's no defined value for observation. The conversation is resolved by the fact that the four-velocity of a massive particle is only ever V<C ,rendering the entire thought experiment outside the boundaries of Special Relativity's domain.
    TL;DR:This build doesn't go to "near light speed" it is already ABOVE light speed.so the Special Relativity won't work here,you are faster than the light which enables you to see
