Mirror only the right.
Use high physics.
When the Navy asked for a new, high speed, high maneuverability fighter, this is what they got. The X-147 was proposed as a top of the line fighter jet with state of the art tech and ultra maneuverability. Due to budget cuts, the thrust vectoring is only 2d, and due to the lack of computer aided systems, it caused many pilots to have to bail out in its former flights. The new version followed with a "Thrust Vectoring activation switch", action group n 1. Though it still can be very dangerous, the ability to turn off this thrust vectoring system reduced drastically the amount of crashes of the aircraft. The manual now says: Pilots, be VERY CAREFUL with thrust vectoring at low speeds. Do not turn it on al low speeds unless you are suicidal or it is absolutely necessary.´´´´´´ To minimize weight, the landing gear was stripped off, but it can safely land and takeoff from any of the carriers of the navy, including the renowed USS Tiny. Because of its very high fuel consumption, the engineers came up with a modded... ehrm... magical fuel tank. The nose is weird because of weight balancing. it's primary armament are 8 wing mounter machine guns, but more weapons can be put under the wings, except for the big dumb bomvs. The navy itself liked the plane, but its still only a prototype, and it will take long till it gets into production. The Navy classified it as a: Very unreliable plane with a high tendency of killing its pilots if they are not careful with the thrust vectoring. However it proves to be a fierce dogfighter, able to carry loads of payload and still fly well. Some pilots complained about the very slight tendency to pitch down also. But its all good.
It was nicknamed the "Tarantula Hawk" because its... ehmmm.. cool.
(Actually its a very cool wasp type)
Thanks guys!
