Background:
The MTAA is a cheap and effective anti air tank on the HAVL-2 chassis. It features 2 40mm ST-40 rapid fire cannons as well as 3 M-30 “Death Pencil” STA missiles. The MTAA has 2 different radars that both find, track, and target enemy planes. These radars have a range of 50 miles without assistance from bigger radars. Around 2,000 MTAAs were produced from 2009-2020. Better non-trade variants do exist in small numbers.

Using another engine on 2 different wheels and making which way they turn opposite of each other @rexzion

I set the wheels max velocity to 40 and made the hp a little lower @rexzion
