I have had to add wings and tail surfaces in order to make it flyable. press and hold X key and increase throttle with 2 Key to 100% use WASD or arrow keys to keep the ship level then release X key when you're about 1000 feet above the ground and fly it like a plane. ALSO turn off RCN with R key
