Product information:

The GP-146 Prowler is the latest ground attack plane from GeekPride Fabrications. A high-lift biplane designed for endurance and ruggedness, it can bring a large amount of firepower to wherever you need it. Powered by three of the reliable and trusted T-2000 engines, it features the large Mk 5 propeller seen on the Pathfinder airliner for increased speed and power. This power, combined with front and rear flaps, allows for short take-off runs even with a heavy load of fuel and weapons. Even taking off from the USS Tiny is no problem!
There's no danger of running out of fuel for the engines - internal tanks have a capacity of almost 4500 gallons. As this is a combat aircraft, these tanks are in multiple separate sections, isolated by internal bulkheads. In fact, survivability has been at the forefront of the design for this plane. The pilot is protected by having the cockpit sunk into a protective layer, with an additional "hard hat" provided above. This grants good protection from weapons fire without compromising visibility. Protection for the rest of the plane is provided by having the whole of the fuselage built to a double-layer design. Everything important is built into an internal structure, which has then been covered with a non-essential protective layer. This can absorb incoming weapons fire and any damage it receives is inconsequential, the plane can function perfectly well without it. This layer joins the one that protects the cockpit and extends to protect the engines.
Another safety feature is that the wings are a multi-section design with redundant control surfaces. Multiple sections of the wings can be damaged or destroyed and the Prowler will keep on flying, helping your valued pilots to make it home safely. The large amount of lift and control surfaces also give the Prowler good agility. It can manoeuvre competently even with
a full load of fuel and weapons, and this only improves with lower fuel or weapons loads.
All this helps the plane make it to and from its target, because let's not forget the aim of the plane is to attack your enemies. It can certainly do that, it can deal a lot of damage to hostile forces. 16 cannons are built into the lower wing, split evenly
between standard guns and the Pilotmario Mk 9 anti-building / anti-armour gun. There are also 16 general-purpose hardpoints below the wing. We've fitted 8 rocket pods, 4 Boom 50 bombs and 4 Inferno missiles as a demonstration loadout; these can obviously be changed to respond to tactical needs on the ground. Drop tanks can also be fitted - these are not supplied as standard equipment as the internal fuel capacity should be sufficient for
any conceivable need. Hitting the target will be no problem, the Prowler provides a stable gun platform for aiming and can maintain control at speeds as low as 100 mph. Slowing down for accurate aiming is assisted by the air brakes fitted towards the rear of the plane. These can be finely controlled by the pilot with an adjustable slider to give just the amount of braking required. These brakes will also be appreciated when coming in for a landing, as they allow the plane to use smaller airstrips. The landing gear has a wide stance to give good stability on the ground, and the front wheels steer to assist with taxiing. If the landing gear has been damaged or destroyed in action, activating button 6 triggers the emergency weapons jettison, allowing the Prowler to make a safe belly landing.
This demonstration model is painted in accordance with the Pilotmario greyscale scheme, as seen on the Pummeler Mk 2B. Other colour schemes are available.
