Im having trouble with the conversion from helicopter to airplane. During conversion it ends up in a death spiral. Any help is appreciated

Update** the death spiral was due to fuel in the sponsons so the CoG was off. Defueled the sponsons and put fuel in the wings and top of the aircraft and now she flies better than she used too
Note** it also loses lift when in airplane mode
