SeaGrazer has created a cost effective, easy to manufacture seacraft with the least amount of parts due to a shortage of materials, and a disastrous flooding of the earth due to global warming in the year 2030, which makes it difficult for people to navigate through places without dealing with annoying floods.

It has a gun just in case someone or something attempts to eliminate you.
