WIKI

The Aérospatiale Gazelle is an Anglo-French 5-person light helicopter, the SA 341/342 Gazelle was one of the most modern helicopters of its time. It introduced the Fenestron-type tail rotor, where the rotor was reduced to a 13-blade fan built into the tail drift, reducing noise emission and making the tail rotor device safer. The helicopter is equipped with an Astazou turbine. It was manufactured under license in several countries, including the UK by Westland, Yugoslavia by SOKO and also in Egypt by ABHCO.
