Previous: Fixed the issue with the elevator cousing the wierd opposite roll effect by moving the elevator up into the correct position and it flies fine now ...... imaging that. guess it was designed like that for a reason :P

So I was going for accuracy to the proportions of the original plane and amazingly it did not need any modifications to balance it out or make it flyable. It flies great right out of the gate, easy takeoffs and landed very nicely first attempt. (I'll upload an nother version soon where I focus on performance) I would consider this about a 1/3 scale model judging from the weight. ( real life about 30,000 lbs and this one is 12,000 lbs) The power/mass ratio of the real life plane is .15 and I was able to get the ration down to .155 on this one with both engines putting out 1,000 hp.... Close enough for me. I look forward to hearing what you all think! Let me know and up vote if you like it as well! :D

My grandfather flew this plane in WWII and in the Korean war. He flew many other planes, p-38 was one of them and he flew helicopters. Anyways... In the p-61 he shot down two enemy planes (i don't remember which war they took place in). He died several years ago and unfortunately I did not talk to him much about his time flying in the military. I have tons of questions for him now. So this is in honor of him.
