The A-39 doesn’t cahnge but the A-49 that it carries does being armed with torpedos. Group 1 parchutes, group 2 lights, group 3 front gun and start A-40 propeller, group 4 detach A-40, group 5 back gun and group 7 drop torpedos (both drop at the same time)
