F1 challenge

Goal: design a formula 1 car that meets the following specs and will compete and win a grand prix around 3 tracks: motor mirage, airstrip drag, gold prix. Good luck
rules
Front wing that does not exceed the length of the suspension or end of tyres, however the latter may only be done if the rear wing base does not meet the inside wall of the rear tires
Rear wing no wider than the inside wall of the rear tyres
150-400 Hp max due to How SP physics does Hp
Bodywork no wider than 4.5 fuselage units, and a floor no wider than 5.5 units, the length of the floor and diffuser may be no longer than 7.75 units
May be no taller than 4 fuselage units.
Must be 175 parts minimum and 350 maximum
must be rear wheel drive
XML is allowed as long as it does not create an unfair advantage: no messing with slip asymptotes and extremums or infinite fuel or brake torque, that said, feel free to use xml for traction but auto traction may not be used what so ever.
Manual transmission is allowed, but explain how its used
There are 5 classes
A: 1950s-1960s F1 cars, lack wings (lotus 49, lancia D50)
B: 1970s cars, wings and ground effect (lotus 78, ferrari 312)
C: 1980s-1990s style cars, turbos (FW14B, MP 4/4)
D 2000-2008 style cars, fast bois (F2004, MP 4/20)
E: 2009-2016 style cars, wide front wings, narrow rear wings (BGP-001, RB9, W06)
S: 2017+ style, modern F1 cars (RB-16B, SF-71H, W11)
Prize
1st: 10 upvotes+spotlight if possible
2nd 8 upvotes + spotlight if possible
3rd 5 upvotes+ spotlight if possible

Speed: 5pts
Agility: 5pts
Looks: 5pts
Time around gold prix: 2pts
Position in The Grand prix: 9pts
