Amphibious, the pontoons retract (1 to activate/deactivate, VTOL for control) - this takes off at 78mph on land or water. To reduce water drag, at 60mph raise the pontoons - only the center will drag which will give you the speed to take off even with just the one small motor. Very efficient, long range and capable of maneuvering easily at slow speeds.
