Auto Credit Based on COREdevelopment's VTOL-3
An updated, almost fully vanilla carbon copy of VTOL-3, well when I say vanilla I don't count xml modding the rcn thrusters and the lone fuel tank to make things work. Everything else is the same so instead of repeating myself I'll refer you to that post intead, except for the throttle requirements for hovering, it's now 37%~39%. Long time no post!
