@Lowryder it didn't work either...... Oh well.
Fixed! I suggest you use Suite Desinger, it allows you to see which part are connected to which. Your anchor wasn't connected to the frame, shock wasn't connected either, parts auto connect to whatever they can when you use the "connect" button.

I dont have the modded parts so I cant build it but that should fix it
