This project was originally a failure, plagued with engine issues, weight distribution, and acceleration problems. In the end, I had two options: either upload the plane with accurate weighing and acceleration, or sacrifice it for a more stable flight at 32,000 ft. I ended up with the second option, which can maintain upwards of 450 mph at 32,000 feet in an almost "level" flight. The downside is the ludicrous thrust-to-weight ratio, meaning at lower altitudes it gains so much lift that you're fighting to keep the nose down and also have to deal with its maneuverability to the point it's basically flying like it's dodging missiles.
Some of the changes made include, but are not limited to:
- More detailed changes
- Exhaust fumes
- Realistic JT8D thrust reverse sound effects and visual effects
- Updated cockpit to include an exact replica using blueprints
So much suffering went into this project. For some reason, it was all fine, then it just completely broke the next day, so this is what you get. Now, time for the lore.
First Air's C-FNVK was a Boeing 737-2R4C/Adv aircraft (MSN 23130) delivered to First Air in February 2007, operating vital northern services before its potential transfer or sale, as First Air merged with Canadian North in 2019, with this specific plane later associated with Nolinor Aviation and sometimes seen with special liveries like the "Montreal Alouet

C-FNVK next to C-GNDC in Rankin Inlet, Nunavut. I spent a few years here, and this is how I was introduced to C-FNVK back in 2011.

An iconic view anyone who has flown the 737-200 will recognize—this is truly nostalgic.

Yes, I was supposed to release this on Christmas, but due to delays and problems, it was pushed to New Year's. It still wasn't ready. I actually wanted to release this by New Year's Day, but by then it was already 11:50 p.m. FINALLY its released on January 2nd of 2026
If this does well ill consider adding interiors to all my planes
@Boeing727200F check this one out :3
