* ENGINES *
The aircraft was equipped with a piston engine to compress air instead of a compressor activated by a turbine in the combustion gases. In practice it had a ducted fan and a post combustor. He could fly with the post-combustor off, albeit with limited performance. All this has been reproduced. You can fly with AG8 disabled or enabled.
* TRIM *
You must operate trim continuosly, based on speed and/or AG8 enabled or not
* TAKE OFF *
AG8 enabled to have the post combustor, VTOL completely lowered to fully extend the flaps
(The plane takes off also without flap and / or with only the piston engine but sometime do strange things)
* LANDING *
Extend the flaps, switch off the combustor, and approach with the piston engine approx. 20%. Near the track, use the brakes (which will switch off the engine) and glide gently. If you have to reattach, give 100% thrust and close gear keeping the flaps extended.
* FUEL *
There is no infinite supply of fuel. It is abundant, but you still have to deal with it. If you plan a very long transfer, switch off the post combustor.
