Auto Credit Based on Viper28's Quad AA turret

Since our Ratte tank (co-op with @PlanesOfOld and @planesnthings) has no AA guns I made this one. Try not to fire only really for show. Also put on magazines for the "20mm" guns. (Full credit @Viper28)

    @planesnthings yes their were many planned versions none of which were official so the main version had 2-3 quad 20mm 1 on top of the main turret and 2 below
