English: The KM, also known as The Caspic Sea Monster was developed at the design bureau of the Russian highspeed ship designer Rostislav Alexeyev in 1964. It was an experimental ground effect vehicle (ekranoplan) - a craft that flies but stays close to the surface to rely on the ground effect. It is NOT! built to fly above 1-45 ft high! Its not easy to stay at this altitude but you will have to deal with it.

Die KM, auch bekannt als das Kaspische Seemonster, wurde 1964 von dem Design-Büro des Russischen highspeed-Schiff entwicklers Rostislav Alexeyev entwickelt. Es war ein experimentelles Bodeneffekt Fahrzeug (ekranoplan)- ein Fahrzeug, das fliegt, aber nah zum Boden bleibt, um den Bodeneffekt zu nutzen. Es ist NICHT! gebaut um höher oder niedriger als 1-14 m zu Fliegen. Es ist nicht einfach auf dieser Höhe zu bleiben, aber du schaffst das schon.
