Missile With Specs That Change Midair

Been working on this for a bit, a single missile that can have its "specs" altered midflight depending on what the pilot needs such as speed lock time and range or a combination of those specs, it can also have its maneuvering ability change depending on the selected mode (v0.2)
Note: this version (v0.1) doesn't have many changes to the missiles when the mode is changed besides speed, v0.2 (unreleased) has more significant changes that are still being tuned since I'm not satisfied with their situational performance.
